1. It is mandatory for OxiRail agent to fill-up the Reservation Slip from customer and keep with him for records all the time.

2.Charging higher amount than e-Ticket is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate cancellation of OxiRail license and legal action by IRCTC .

OxiRail has the following new features/circular
  • Railway agency is not available as IRCTC has temporarily suspended registration of agents for Rail e-ticketing
  • This is to inform you that as per orders of Railway Board, Booking/Enquiry on Webservices will be available between 00:30 Hrs to 23:30 hrs from 09-Jul-2010 onwards.
  • Student Identity Card with photograph issued by recognized School / College for their students and Nationalised Bank Passbook with photograph will also be accepted as proof for travelling on etickets w.e.f 15-Jun-2010.
